12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 4, lines 15-16, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007,
19  only if a specific appropriation to the Agency for Health Care
20  Administration to fund s. 400.0627, Florida Statutes, is made
21  in the General Appropriations Act for the 2007-2008 fiscal
22  year.
