 EXPLANATION:
This amendment provides $50,000 in non-recurring 
general revenue for the West Park Law Enforcement 
and Fire Rescue assistance program in the Department 
of Law Enforcement and reduces the Culinary 
Education and Training for At Risk Youths (CETARY) 
program in the Special Categories - Legislative 
Initiatives to Reduce and Prevent Juvenile Crime 
appropriations in the Department of Juvenile Justice 
by the same amount.
