the Regional Workforce Boards and increases budget 
authority by $2 million for a Regional Workforce 
Competitiveness Training (RWCT) Pilot Program.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2320, INSERT:

From the Special Employment Security Administration Trust Fund in 
Specific Appropriation 2320, funding up to $2,000,000 is provided for 
the Regional Workforce Competitiveness Training (RWCT) Pilot Program.  
The RWCT pilot program will upgrade workforce skills in order to 
increase productivity, keep Florida businesses viable and competitive,

and offer new skills and opportunities to Florida's workers.  The RWCT 
pilot program shall be administered by the Agency for Workforce 
Innovation.
