Reallocates water project funds by reducing $500,000 
from the Silver Springs/River Pollution Reduction 
project to provide:  $200,000 for the East Putnam 
Regional Water Project; $50,000 for the Keystone 
Heights Upper Etonia Creek Basin/Lake Brooklyn 
Watershed Study; and $250,000 for the Ocala Thompson 
Bowl Expansion project.
