At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 98, INSERT:

From the $2,400,000 provided in Specific Appropriation 98 for Boys and 
Girls Clubs, $1,000,000 shall be allocated to establish Boys and Girls 
Clubs in inner city and underserved areas of Miami-Dade County.
