the Regional Workforce Competitiveness Training (RWCT) Pilot Program. The RWCT pilot program will upgrade workforce skills in order to increase productivity, keep Florida businesses viable and competitive, and offer new skills and opportunities to Florida's workers. The RWCT pilot program shall be administered by the Agency for Workforce Innovation. $975,000 is provided for the Florida Goodwill Association Economic Development Project. Distribution of such funds is contingent on a local five-to-one cash matching funds for this project.
