Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2320, INSERT:
From the Special Employment Security Administration Trust Fund in
Specific Appropriation 2320, funding up to $2,000,000 is provided for

the Regional Workforce Competitiveness Training (RWCT) Pilot Program.
The RWCT pilot program will upgrade workforce skills in order to
increase productivity, keep Florida businesses viable and competitive,
and offer new skills and opportunities to Florida's workers. The RWCT
pilot program shall be administered by the Agency for Workforce
Innovation. $975,000 is provided for the Florida Goodwill Association
Economic Development Project. Distribution of such funds is contingent
on a local five-to-one cash matching funds for this project.
