Reallocates water project funds by reducing $500,000 
from the Silver Springs/River Pollution Reduction 
project to provide:  $150,000 for the East Putnam 
Regional Water Project; $50,000 for the Keystone 
Heights Upper Etonia Creek Basin/Lake Brooklyn 
Watershed Study; $150,000 for the New Smyrna Beach 
Esther St. Property Acquisition for Hazard 
Mitigation; and $150,000 for the Ocala Thompson Bowl 
Expansion project.
