15         On page 26, line 5, after the period,

17  insert:  The existence of a wall mural as defined in s. 479.01
18  shall not be considered in determining whether a sign as
19  defined in s. 479.01, either existing or new, is in compliance
20  with s. 479.07(9)(a).
