11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (King) recommended the
12  following amendment to amendment (345744):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 5, lines 12-17, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         2.  Any parent, guardian, or legal guardian, spouse,
19  significant other or consanguineous relation may submit a
20  missing person child report to the clearinghouse about a child
21  or person 26 years of age or younger whose whereabouts is
22  unknown, regardless of the circumstances, subsequent to
23  reporting such child missing person to the appropriate law
24  enforcement agency. The within the county in which the child
25  became missing, which missing person child report shall be
26  included in the clearinghouse database.
