  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Broward County; requiring

  3         the board of county commissioners to appoint

  4         the clerk of courts to the Broward County

  5         Public Safety Coordinating Council; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  In addition to the members appointed

11  pursuant to section 951.26(1), Florida Statutes, the Broward

12  County Board of County Commissioners shall appoint the Broward

13  County Clerk of Courts to the Broward County Public Safety

14  Coordinating Council.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
