14 On page 1, line 30, through
15 page 2, line 14, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (b) Employs a full compliment of professional
19 musicians capable of performing the standard symphonic
20 repertoire;
21 (c) Regularly performs a significant number of
22 outreach concerts, including outreach programs that are
23 integrated into the public school district curricula;
24 (d) Conducts within the state at least 100
25 performances each calendar year, consisting of any combination
26 of performances by the full orchestra and smaller specialized
27 performances by members of the full orchestra;
28 (e) Is a Tier One or Tier Two orchestra as designated
29 by the American Symphony Orchestra League;
30 (f) Has an annual operating budget of at least $7.5
31 million; and
