  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Orchestra;

  3         designating the Florida Orchestra as the

  4         official orchestra of the state; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Florida Orchestra, one of Tampa Bay's

10  leading performing arts institutions, is designated the

11  official orchestra of this state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
