  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating the administration building at the

  4         Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee as the

  5         "William DeWitt Rogers Administration

  6         Building"; directing the Department of

  7         Management Services to erect suitable markers;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  William DeWitt Rogers Administration

13  Building designated; Department of Management Services to

14  erect suitable markers.--

15         (1)  The administration building at the Florida State

16  Hospital in Chattahoochee is designated as the "William DeWitt

17  Rogers Administration Building."

18         (2)  The Department of Management Services is directed

19  to erect suitable markers designating the William DeWitt

20  Rogers Administration Building as described in subsection (1).

21         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
