11 Senators Rich and Carlton moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, lines 10-21, delete those lines
15
16 and insert: implementation of the program, the number of
17 persons who have been trained to provide community-based care
18 for frail adults who live in the community and are 60 years of
19 age or older, the number of frail adults who are 60 years of
20 age or older who received such services, and recommendations
21 for further legislation, including a recommendation regarding
22 extending the pilot program throughout the state.
23 Section 2. The sum of $75,000 is appropriated from the
24 General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elderly Affairs for
25 the purpose of supporting the pilot program created by this
26 act.
27 Section 3. The sum of $1,350,000 in recurring funds
28 from the General Revenue Fund and $1,650,000 in recurring
29 funds from the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund are
30 appropriated to the Department of Elderly Affairs for the
31 purpose of completing statewide implementation of Aging
