| 5 | Section 27. For the purpose of implementing the Florida |
| 6 | Education Finance Program (FEFP), the district cost differential |
| 7 | (DCD) for each district shall be calculated pursuant to the |
| 8 | provisions of s. 1011.62(2), Florida Statutes. For fiscal year |
| 9 | 2007-2008, the DCD shall be calculated as follows: 50 percent |
| 10 | based on the amenities adjusted DCD and 50 percent based on the |
| 11 | price level index. |
