13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Between lines 1170 and 1171,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 14.  Notwithstanding chapter 610, Florida
18  Statutes, a cable or video services provider, which means a
19  provider of video programing services, including cable
20  services provided through wireless facilities located at least
21  in part in the public right-of-way without regard to delivery
22  technology, including Internet protocol technology, is subject
23  to and shall comply with chapter 337, Florida Statutes, and in
24  the event of any conflict with chapter 610, Florida Statutes,
25  the provisions of chapter 337, Florida Statutes, shall govern.
