| 14 | (1)  Pharmacists may administer influenza virus | 
| 15 | immunizations to adults within the framework of an established | 
| 16 | protocol under a supervisory practitioner who is a physician | 
| 17 | licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459 or by written | 
| 18 | agreement with a county health department. Each protocol shall | 
| 19 | contain specific procedures for addressing any unforeseen | 
| 20 | allergic reaction to influenza virus immunizations. | 
| 21 | (2)  A physician may not enter into a protocol with more | 
| 22 | than ten pharmacists, the offices of which may be located no |
