12  Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 24-26, delete those lines

17  and insert:  Highway Patrol as defined in s. 943.10(8). Such
18  service to be without compensation to the individual so
19  volunteering.
20         (6)  Notwithstanding the provisions in subsection (1)
21  to the contrary, the director of the Florida Highway Patrol
