| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 10 | Section 1. Subsection (18) is added to section 320.02, |
| 11 | Florida Statutes, to read: |
| 12 | 320.02 Registration required; application for |
| 13 | registration; forms.-- |
| 14 | (18) The application form for motor vehicle registration |
| 15 | and renewal registration must include language permitting a |
| 16 | voluntary contribution of $1 per applicant, which contribution |
| 17 | must be distributed to the Children's Hearing Help Fund to be |
| 18 | used for purposes provided for the fund. |
| 19 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007. |
