14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 7 and 8, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  of court;
18         4.  Necessary to disclose to an agency as defined in s.
19  119.011 or a governmental entity for purposes directly
20  connected with implementing service for, or verifying
21  eligibility of, a participant in a Lifeline Assistance Plan or
22  auditing a Lifeline Assistance Plan; or
23         5.  Otherwise authorized by law.
