1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to safety at school bus stops; requiring
3	each school district to have a plan to improve safety at
4	school bus stops; providing an effective date.

6	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
7
8	Section 1.  Each school district shall have a plan to
9	improve safety at school bus stops in the district.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
