11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Argenziano) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 3.  This award is intended to provide the sole
19  compensation for any and all present and future claims arising
20  out of the factual situation in connection with the injury to
21  Anthony John Angelillo. Not more than 25 percent of the award
22  may be paid by the claimant for attorney's fees, lobbying
23  fees, costs, or other similar expenses.
