4	Amendment
5	Remove line 292 and insert:
6	adopting the millage rate. A majority of the full membership of
7	the governing body adopting the millage rate may levy in excess
8	of the limitations if at least a 12 percent reduction is
9	achieved and the property tax millage rate is then frozen at
10	that rate until the remainder of the required rolled-back rate
11	is reached.
