15         On page 24, line 14, after the period,

17  insert:  A residential structure shall be deemed to comply
18  with the requirements of this subparagraph if it has shutters
19  or opening protections on all openings and if such opening
20  protections complied with the Florida Building Code at the
21  time they were installed.
