15 In title, on page 1, lines 6-31,
16 and on page 2, lines 1-2, delete those lines

18 and insert:
19 112.3143, F.S.; modifying the disclosure
20 requirements for a state officer when voting in
21 an official capacity; modifying the disclosure
22 requirements for an appointed state officer
23 participating in certain matters; creating an
24 exception for a state officer when officer's
25 principal is an agency as defined in s.
26 112.312(2); modifying the disclosure
27 requirements for a local officer when
28 prohibited from voting; prohibiting a local
29 officer from participating in any matter
30 involving certain special benefits; creating
31 exceptions; amending s. 112.3145, F.S.;

3 redevelopment agency, a finance director of a
4 local government or other political
5 subdivision, and certain special masters for a
6 political subdivision; requiring financial
7 interest statement to show statutory method
8 used to disclose a reporting individual's
9 financial interests; amending ss. 112.3148,
10 F.S.; redefining the term "procurement
11 employee"; prohibiting a reporting individual
12 or procurement employee from soliciting a gift
13 from certain vendors; prohibiting such
14 individual or employee from knowingly accepting
15 a gift in excess of a specified value from
16 certain vendors; prohibiting certain vendors
17 from making such a gift to such individual or
18 employee; amending s. 112.3149, F.S.;
19 redefining the term "procurement employee";
20 prohibiting a reporting individual or
21 procurement employee from knowingly accepting
22 an honorarium from certain vendors; prohibiting
23 certain vendors from giving an honorarium to
24 such individual or employee; amending s.
25 112.3215, F.S.; requiring that the Ethics
26 Commission investigate complaints alleging
27 prohibited expenditures; providing for the
28 investigation of lobbyists and principals under
29 certain circumstances; requiring that a fine be
30 assessed against a person who fails to provide
31 required information or who provides false
