| 5 | Section 2. Gifted student enrollment for the 2007-2008 |
| 6 | school year shall remain at the 2006-2007 school year level. The |
| 7 | Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability |
| 8 | shall conduct a study to determine the most suitable ways to |
| 9 | serve gifted students at the high school level, which study |
| 10 | shall include an examination of how other states provide |
| 11 | enrichment programs for gifted high school students. The office |
| 12 | shall submit a report with recommendations to the Governor, the |
| 13 | President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of |
| 14 | Representatives by March 1, 2008. |
