| EXPLANATION: Provides $250,000 for Black Male Teacher Recruitment, $50,000 for Your Best Self After School Program, $200,000 for Master the Arts through Training and Education, $100,000 for HIV/AIDS Outreach Education Initiative, $200,000 for Teacher Training Math and Science Endeavor Academy TRDA, $150,000 for AYES Automotive Career Academies Program, $300,000 for Web-Based Sportsmanship Program - NEFEC, $70,000 for DCF-referred Students in Summer Residential Programs for Substance Abuse, renames the Rural Secondary School Reform Project - Heartlands Consortium to the Alternative Certification Training Program - Heartlands Consortium, and reduces Education 21st Century Pilot Programs by $1,320,000.
