Program - NEFEC, $70,000 for DCF-referred Students
in Summer Residential Programs for Substance Abuse,
renames the Rural Secondary School Reform Project -
Heartlands Consortium to the Alternative
Certification Training Program - Heartlands
Consortium, and reduces Education 21st Century Pilot
Programs by $1,320,000.
