and insert in lieu thereof:

Florida Digital Repository (Orange Grove)...................     300,000

Funds provided for the Florida Digital Repository (Orange Grove) are for 
the Florida Distance Learning Consortium to acquire the necessary 
software tools to collect, catalog, and store electronic educational 
resources for purposes of developing a digital repository that can be 
accessed by all K-20 educators.

However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
