Following Specific Appropriation 170A, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 170A, $100,000 is provided for
a comprehensive audit review of the financial operations of Florida A

and M University. The Board of Governors shall contract for a review to
be done by a private, independent auditing firm who shall report its
audit findings to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the
House of Representatives, and Board of Governors no later than March 1,
2008.
