| EXPLANATION: Reduces the appropriation for A Safe Haven for Newborns (statewide) by $200,000 from non-recurring general revenue funds and appropriates $100,000 from non-recurring general revenue funds for the Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, and $100,000 from non-recurring general revenue funds for the Forensic Recovery Enhancement Teams (FRET) in Seminole county.
