Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1862, DELETE:
Local governments receiving funds in Specific Appropriation 1863 shall
provide matching dollars as follows: a) 25 percent for wastewater
projects; b) 50 percent for stormwater and surface water restoration
projects; and c) 50 percent for drinking water projects. Financially
disadvantaged small local governments, as defined in section 403.885(5),
Florida Statutes, shall be exempt from the match provision of this
section. Local governmental entities that have been declared in a state
of financial emergency pursuant to section 218.503, Florida Statutes,
shall be exempt from the match provision.

Following Specific Appropriation 1859, INSERT:
Local governments receiving funds in Specific Appropriation 1859 shall
