11  Senators Bennett, Constantine, and Hill moved the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Lines 1771-1827, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 39.  (1)  Subject to specific appropriation,
19  there is created within the Executive Office of the Governor
20  the Florida Energy, Aerospace, and Technology (F.E.A.T.) Fund
21  to encourage a state partnership with the Federal Government,
22  Space Florida, Enterprise Florida, Inc., and the private
23  sector in order to identify business and investment
24  opportunities and target performance goals for those
25  investments in the areas of alternative energy development and
26  production infrastructure and aerospace industry expansion or
27  development opportunities.
28         (2)  Funds appropriated for the purposes of the
29  F.E.A.T. Fund shall be deposited in the Grants and Donations
30  Trust Fund in the Executive Office of the Governor.
