15         On page 28, lines 6-20, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         1.  Under the Opportunity Scholarship Program, the
19  parent of a student in a failing public school may request and
20  receive an opportunity scholarship for the student to attend a
21  private school in accordance with the provisions of s.
22  1002.38.
23         1.2.  Under the McKay Scholarships for Students with
24  Disabilities Program, the parent of a public school student
25  with a disability who is dissatisfied with the student's
26  progress may request and receive a McKay Scholarship for the
27  student to attend a private school in accordance with the
28  provisions of s. 1002.39.
29         2.3.  Under the corporate income tax credit scholarship
