| 4 | Remove line 17 and insert: |
| 5 | Section 2. Any municipality formed after January 1, 2000, |
| 6 | that paid any charge, assessment, tax, fee, or other |
| 7 | consideration as a condition for incorporation shall receive a |
| 8 | refund of such charge, assessment, tax, fee, or other |
| 9 | consideration. |
| 10 | Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007, and |
| 11 | shall apply retroactively to January 1, 2000. |
