7 | (5)(a) All fees and moneys collected by the Department of |
8 | State under this chapter shall be deposited in the Records |
9 | Management Trust Fund for the purpose of paying for the |
10 | publication and distribution of the Florida Administrative Code |
11 | and the Florida Administrative Weekly and for associated costs |
12 | incurred by the department in carrying out this chapter. |
13 | (b) The unencumbered balance in the Records Management |
14 | Trust Fund for fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall not |
15 | exceed $300,000 at the beginning of each fiscal year, and any |
16 | excess shall be transferred to the General Revenue Fund. |
17 | (c) It is the intent of the Legislature that the Florida |
18 | Administrative Weekly be supported entirely from funds collected |
19 | for subscriptions to and advertisements in the Florida |
20 | Administrative Weekly. |
21 | (d) For the 2007-2008 fiscal year only, notwithstanding |
22 | paragraph (b), the unencumbered balance in the Records |
23 | Management Trust Fund for fees collected pursuant to this |
24 | chapter shall not exceed $400,000 at the beginning of each |
25 | fiscal year, and any excess shall be transferred to the General |
26 | Revenue Fund. This paragraph expires July 1, 2008. |
