14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 6, lines 16-18, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 3.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (4) and
19  subsections (5), (12), and (16) of section 163.3180, Florida
20  Statutes, are amended to read:
21         163.3180  Concurrency.--
22         (4)
23         (b)  The concurrency requirement as implemented in
24  local comprehensive plans does not apply to public transit
25  facilities. For the purposes of this paragraph, public transit
26  facilities include transit stations and terminals;, transit
27  station parking;, park-and-ride lots;, intermodal public
28  transit connection or transfer facilities;, and fixed bus,
29  guideway, and rail stations; and airport passenger terminals
30  and concourses, air cargo facilities, and hangars for the
31  maintenance or storage of aircraft. As used in this paragraph,

 1  the terms "terminals" and "transit facilities" do not include
 2  airports or seaports or commercial or residential development
 3  constructed in conjunction with a public transit facility.
