  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to child abductions;

  3         designating a specified appropriation in the

  4         General Appropriations Act as the "Lachele

  5         Nance Child Abduction Appropriation Act";

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Criminal Justice and Corrections

11  Appropriations designated.--Appropriation # _________

12  contained in the 2007-2008 General Appropriations Act is

13  designated as the "Lachele Nance Child Abduction Appropriation

14  Act."

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
