11 The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Alexander) recommended
12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, lines 19 through 28, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: (1) The operator or owner of an automated teller
18 machine in this state may charge an access fee or surcharge to
19 a customer for the use of that machine. The fee or surcharge
20 must be disclosed in compliance with 12 C.F.R., part 205, as
21 amended.
