11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Argenziano) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, between lines 21 and 22,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 3.  This award is intended to provide the sole
19  compensation for any and all present and future claims arising
20  out of the factual situation in connection with the injury to
21  Sandrine Tunc and the death of Stephanie Tunc. Not more than
22  25 percent of the award may be paid by Claude Tunc or Martine
23  Tunc, individually and as co-personal representatives of the
24  estate of Stephanie Tunc, deceased, and Sandrine Tunc for
25  attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, or other similar
26  expenses.
