14 On page 41, between lines 5 and 6,

16 insert:
17 Section 17. Section 624.46226, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 624.46226 Public housing authorities self-insurance
20 funds.--Any two or more public housing authorities in the
21 state as defined in chapter 421 may also create a
22 self-insurance fund as defined in s. 624.4622 for the purpose
23 of self-insuring real or personal property of every kind and
24 every interest in such property against loss or damage from
25 any hazard or cause and against any loss consequential to such
26 loss or damage, provided all the provisions of s. 624.4622 are
27 met.
