11  The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
12  Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 22, lines 15 - 24, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  corporation. The corporation shall transfer to
18  the General Revenue Fund an amount which otherwise would have
19  been deducted as a service charge pursuant to s. 215.20(1) if
20  the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Fund established by s.
21  420.508(5), the State Apartment Incentive Loan Fund
22  established by s. 420.5087(7), the Florida Homeownership
23  Assistance Fund established by s. 420.5088(4), the HOME
24  Investment Partnership Fund established by s. 420.5089(1), and
25  the Housing Predevelopment Loan Fund established by s.
26  420.525(1) were each trust funds. For purposes of s. 112.313,
