  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to professional and business

  3         regulation; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to professional and

  5         business regulation; providing an effective

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to professional and business regulation.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
