  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to regulatory fees of the

  3         Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  4         Services; expressing the legislative intent to

  5         revise laws relating to regulatory fees of the

  6         Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  7         Services; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to regulatory fees of the Department of Agriculture

13  and Consumer Services.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
