15 On page 27, line 31, delete that line

17 and insert:
18 Section 16. (1) For fiscal year 2007-2008, the sum of
19 $60,149 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
20 Administrative Trust Fund of the Department of Business and
21 Professional Regulation to carry out the central-service
22 administrative support functions related to the licensing
23 provisions of this act.
24 (2) This section shall take effect July 1, 2007.
25 Section 17. Except as otherwise specifically provided
26 in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
