11  The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
12  (Peaden) recommended the following amendment to amendment
13  (941554):

15         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
16         On page 47, between lines 7 and 8,
17  
18  insert:  
19         Section 20.  The sum of $333,049 in nonrecurring funds
20  from the General Revenue Fund and $780,082 in nonrecurring
21  funds from the Administrative Trust Fund are appropriated to
22  the Agency for Health Care Administration, and 10 full time
23  equivalent positions and associated salary rate of 519,766 is
24  authorized to implement the provisions of this act during the
25  2007-2008 fiscal year.
26         Section 21.  The sum of $1,233,995 in nonrecurring
27  funds from the General Revenue Fund and $2,890,319 in
28  nonrecurring funds from the Federal Grants Trust Fund are
29  appropriated to the Department of Children and Family Services
30  and 115 full-time equivalent positions and associated salary
31  rate of 948,602 is authorized to implement the provisions of
