  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state parks; providing

  3         members of the Florida National Guard and

  4         certain dependents of such members free

  5         admission to state parks; requiring

  6         presentation of an identification card as a

  7         condition of free admission; providing an

  8         effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  A person who is a member of the Florida

13  National Guard, or the spouse or minor child of such a person,

14  may not be charged a fee for admission to a state park upon

15  presentation of a valid card that identifies the person as

16  being an active member of the Florida National Guard or a

17  dependent of such a member.

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.

21                          SENATE SUMMARY
