  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Agency for Health Care

  3         Administration; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to revise laws relating to the Agency

  5         for Health Care Administration.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to the Agency for Health Care Administration.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
