11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 21, line 16, through page 22, line 29, delete
15  those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 3.  For the 2007-2008 fiscal year, the sum of
19  $25 million is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund on a
20  nonrecurring basis to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and
21  Economic Development for the Office of Film and Entertainment
22  for purposes of implementing s. 288.1254, Florida Statutes.
23  Notwithstanding s. 216.301, Florida Statutes, to the contrary,
24  the unexpended balance of this appropriation shall not revert
25  until June 30, 2009.
26         Section 4.  Section 288.1255, Florida Statutes, is
27  repealed.
28         Section 5.  If any provision of this act or the
29  application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
30  invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
31  applications of the act which can be given effect without the

 1  invalid provision or application, and to this end the
 2  provisions of this act are declared severable.
 3         Section 6.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.

 8         On page 3, lines 6-19, delete those lines

10  and insert:
11         providing an appropriation; repealing s.

14         severability; providing an effective date.
