11  The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
12  Appropriations (Webster) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 25, between lines 2 and 3,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 18.  Section 100.051, Florida Statutes, is
19  amended to read:
20         100.051  Candidate's name on general election
21  ballot.--The supervisor of elections of each county shall
22  print on ballots to be used in the county at the next general
23  election the names of candidates who have been nominated by a
24  political party, other than a minor political party, and the
25  candidates who have otherwise obtained a position on the
26  general election ballot in compliance with the requirements of
27  this code.
