18 Section 10. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
19 97.041, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 97.041 Qualifications to register or vote.--
21 (b) A person who is otherwise qualified may
22 preregister on or after that person's 17th birthday or receipt
23 of a valid Florida driver's license, whichever occurs earlier,
24 and may vote in any election occurring on or after that
25 person's 18th birthday.
